I like sunlight and trees, it seems. Morning sunlight through tree branches, particularly.
This is yesterday‘s tree, in full.
Just below this tree lies the water way, where the family of otters swam by on their way to a successful fishing expedition in Otter Bay.
It stands just at crest of the yard before it slopes down to the water. It is one of the oak trees about the yard that play host to all the various little birds.
This one is on the neighbor’s side with everything to the right side of the red tree (which is partially in the water) being ours. But with no barriers between the two properties, each family enjoys an unobstructed view of the tremendous natural resources around us.
